Namasha Schelling
Board Member

Namasha has worked for non-profits for over twenty years in communications, operations, and fundraising.  She is presently serving her first term as Town Councilwoman for the Town of Pound Ridge and is Co-Chair of their Human Rights Advisory Committee. In addition, she works as  Program Director at Creatives Want Change. This organization is dedicated to cultivating underrepresented creative talent beginning at the high school level and continuing into early professional development.  Namasha has also spearheaded planning and overall coordination of annual galas, developing and executing all necessary components, and is interested in joining our Community Table Committee.

Namasha holds a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard Extension School and has continued her education by taking a handful of work-related coursework there.

Namasha is a resident of Pound Ridge.
