Development Manager

The Development Manager will report to, and work closely with, the Director of Development. The individual will create awareness and generate partnerships locally that benefit The Pantry in collaboration with the Director of Development and Executive Director. The Development Manager supports the execution of department fundraising strategies and key operational and programmatic areas of corporate funding and development that includes donor engagement, annual campaign and appeals, and events.

Exempt - Full-Time/5 Days a Week 
Salary: $62,000 - $65,000 based on experience. 

Development Associate

The Development Associate is a key member of the fund development team responsible for ongoing administrative support in the areas of donor communications, gift management, and event coordination.
Focus areas include managing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database ensuring that it is the centralized, digital repository that stores all customer and prospect data including contact info, interaction history, purchase records, and preferences. The Development Associate participates in the administration, creation, and implementation of efficient, impactful processes that help to meet and exceed our stated development goals. This position is based in the Mount Kisco, NY office and reports to the Director of Development.

Exempt - Full-Time/5 Days a Week 
Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 based on experience & skills.
